She is survived by: her children, Chris Collins (Autumn) of Monroe, Ricky Worrell of Monroe and Kathryn Rodondo of Hamtramck, Michigan; her brother Jerry Collins (Jodi) of Edmore, Michigan; her grandchildren, Courtney Fazely (Jeremy) of Kathleen, Christopher Worrell, Carlton Higgins, Chris Collins Jr. of Elizabethtown, Trinity Ray of Monroe, Michigan and Jordan Worrell of Monroe, Michigan; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Eisaman of Kathleen, Georgia. and Blake Fazely of Kathleen, Georgia..
