He is survived by: his mother Sheila Parks of Monroe; his children, Savannah Amaya McNeil and Steven Matthew McNeil, II; his father William "Bill" McNeil (Bill) of Yuma, AZ; his siblings, Mark McNeil (Norma), Luke Bunge (Kirstie) and Whitney Bunge; his grandmother Patricia Turner of Monroe; Dayna Trosper.
