He is survived by: his wife Helen Mullins; his mother Violet Pauline Mullins; his children, Kimberly Walls, Lance Mullins (Jill), Stacey Mullins and Kristie Duvall (Corey); his grandchildren, Travis Walls, Toby Lannoo, Austin Mullins, Samara Liparato, Sierra Dansard, Aaliyah Mullins and Mariyah Mullins; his great grandchild Lilly; and his sisters, Diane Thorn (Donald) and Paula Simmons. He is also survived by several close friends; and his pup.
