She is survived by: her husband Gary Mazur; her children, Veronica Allen-Mazur, Jason Allen-Mazur and Kelly Mazur; her grandchildren, Destiny Mazur, Haleigh Edmonds, Dylan Allen, Breanna Allen, Allison Gillenkirk and Gauge Grodi; her great grandchildren, Leah Smith, Aubree Smith, Emilee Smith, McKinlee Smith, Brynlee Evans and Hadlee Durham; and her siblings, Rhonda Eberts (Earl), Cheryl Kiser (Gary), Christopher Shiroda (Maureen), Bethany Mayes (Michael) and Stephen Shiroda (Lori).
