With sadness, we share the passing of Thomas H. Hoffman (Monroe, Michigan). Thomas, born on December 4, 1938, passed away on October 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hoffman and Stella Hoffman; and his sister Dorothy Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Marta VanAken; his children, Tommy Hoffman (Dana), Cheryl Hoffman and Cheri Hoffman (John Cannon); his granddaughters, Molly Hoffman and Samantha Hoffman (Gabriel Garcia); and his in-laws, Stephen VanAken (Diana), Joel VanAken (Joann) and Paul VanAken (Tammi).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bacarella Funeral Home (1201 S Telegraph Rd, Monroe, MI 48161). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
