With sadness, we share the passing of Trennia A. Cole of Monroe, Michigan. Trennia, born on August 9, 1941, passed away on August 31, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Trennia for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While she will be deeply missed, the influence she had on the lives around her remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. Trennia’s memory will live on in the hearts of friends and family, a lasting reminder of the connections and experiences she brought to the world.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Thomas and Nora Shoffner (Jordan). She is survived by: her children, Marcia Calloway (Greg) of Louisville, KY, John Allen Cole of Monroe, MI and Carmella "Toni" Rollins (Steven) of Temperance, MI; and her close friend James Seals of Monroe. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bacarella Funeral Home (1201 S Telegraph Rd, Monroe, MI 48161). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
