She was predeceased by: her parents, Rolland William and Margaret Donna Lazette (Russell); her stepson K. Scott Smelcer (Frank Machcinski); and her grandchildren, Sydney Michell, Jude, Zaine and Hannah Hill.

She is survived by: her former husband Michael Joseph Hill; her sons, Brent Michael Hill (Sherri) and Collin Charles Smelcer; her stepdaughter Krista Joy Smelcer; her husband Charles Kelly Smelcer; her children, Brad Hill (Beth Sheets) and Ryan Hill (Amanda); her stepchildren, Sean Smelcer (Christine), Krista Mitchell (Troy) and Kenneth Smelcer (Susanna); and her siblings, Rhonda Machcinski, Elaine Ang (John), Yvonne Lax (Michael) and Matt Lazette (Rhonda).
