He is survived by: his children, Charles Wilcox of Monroe, MI, James Wilcox (Paula) of Temperance, MI and Cheryl Whitinger (Charlie) of Monroe; his sister Marianna Cross of Richland, WA; his grandchildren, Oliver Payne, Jason Wilcox and Jennifer Harbaugh (Nathan); and his great grandchildren, Audrey and Norah Harbaugh.
