He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Mitosinka and Sadie Mitosinka (Maletich); and his sister Mary Ann Pursley. He is survived by: his wife Sally J. Neidinger; his children, Tim Mitosinka of Monroe and Kim Johnson of Monroe; his grandchildren, Tyler Johnson (Elizabeth), Taylor Calcaro (Giovanni), Brady Mitosinka and Brent Mitosinka; and his great grandchild Walker. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
