He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Francis Hay, Jr. and Marion Lithgow Hay (Jardine); his wife Twila Hay of Monroe; his daughters, Heather Hay-Riling (Todd Riling) of Monroe and Holly Clegg (Bryant) of Newport; his grandchildren, Brianna Riling, Haylee Sue Adamczyk and Henry Clegg; and his sisters, Dolores Hay of Perrysburg and Cheri Hosley (Roger) of Holland.
