He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stockard and Edna Stockard; his wife Sheri Lee Stockard; and his sons, William C. Stockard Jr. (DeEdra Collins) and Steven R. Stockard.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy A. McConnaughey (Skip), Vickie M. Stockard, Cindy E. Stockard, Richard Mommerency, David Mommerency, Amy Dockery and Julie Mommerency; and his siblings, Bernice Graves, Joann Bomia, Janice Clayborn, Patsy Black and Shirley Laney. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
