Daniel R. Parker Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel R. Parker of Montague, Michigan, who passed away on May 7, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Parker and Mabel Parker (Schultz); and his pet Willie. He is survived by : his son Aaron Parker (Pamela); his granddaughters, Mari and Primrose; his former life partner Helen; and his siblings, Joy Lehman (Frank), David (Nancy) and Nick Parker (Nancy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Doris Fekken wrote a sympathy message

“I met Dan nearly three years ago when I started working at Wesco. We soon became friends , sharing stories of times gone by. We knew a lot of the same people and many of our relatives had crossed paths. Willy would come in daily for her pop corn; Dan and I shared a love for her. Wesco is not the same without my friend coming in. I miss his laughter and his friendship. He always walked in and would say, “Hey Girl”; Wash his hands and get his decaf coffee. Doris Fekken”
