He is survived by : his parents, Leonard McDonald and Greta McDonald (Tickle); his wife Pam McDonald (Arentz); his children, Zack (Heather), Lenny and Liz (Nik); his close friend Kevin; his grandchildren, Kendall (Cisco), Joshua (Estasia), Nate, Abigail, Owen, Torrie and Maisie; and his siblings, Lenetta, Russ and Dean. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and several friends.
