She was predeceased by: her father Jim Sherman Sr.; her brothers, Johnny and Joseph; her granddaughter Haven; and her pets, Blue, Charlie and Mystra.

She is survived by: her mother Penny Yelaska; her husband Jerry Hart Jr.; her children, Christopher Gray (Kali Schram), Jerry Hart III, Thomas Hart, Amenda Lamb (Robert), Rachel Hart, Allie Hart and Emilee Hart (Alex Doorenbos); her grandchildren, Kimberly, Christopher Jr., Ian, Jacob, Grayson, Zander, Baylen and Amijah; and her siblings, Loretta Saltarski, Linda West and Jim Sherman Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to help with the cost of final expenses.
