She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Lamb and Marjorie Lamb (Martin); her half-sister Shelby Hensley; her brothers-in-law, Jack Mitchell and Duane Fivecoate; her parents-in-law, Ernest and Dorothy Sly; and her siblings-in-law, Cindy Sly, Robert, David, Ken and Herbert Sly.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Holmes (Thomas) and Melody Badour (J. R.); her grandchildren, Abby Holmes, Carley Holmes, Zachary Holmes, Joshua Kohler, Thomas Bauter and Wilfred Badour; her sisters, Rebecca West and Peggy Parker-Mitchell; her grandchildren, Barbara Warner, Cameron Wise, Kaitlin Perez, Catrina Beeny and Jessica Kakstis; and her siblings-in-law, Ernest "Mike" Sly Jr. (Carol), Janet Sly, Fred Sly (Pennie), James Sly (Renee) and Beth Sly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
