It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis D. Wheeler of Montrose, Michigan, born in Marion, North Carolina, who passed away on May 10, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Dennis Wheeler and Mary Wheeler (Hoyle); his wife Michelle Wheeler; and his sister Linda Durham. He is survived by : his children, Nicholas Moore, Dennis Wheeler III (Deana) and Alicia Reffert (Tony); his grandchildren, Landon, Jackson and Anna; and his siblings, Joe Hoyle, Rex "Matt" Wheeler (Sarah), Audie Wheeler and Sherry Wheeler. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Homes - Montrose Chapel (239 Hickory St, Montrose, MI 48457). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shiawassee County Humane Society.
