She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harley Wismer and Doris Wismer (Rosbury); her daughters, Laura Cole (Stephen) and Katrina Foltz (Matthew); her grandchildren, Harley, Allison and Colton; her siblings, Debbie Crites (Roy), David Wismer (Kim) and Daniel Wismer (Travis); her close friend Sue McIntosh (Terry); her in-laws, Barbara Rose Thompson (Harry), Loretta Stowers (Clinton), Charles Neeley (Laurie), Sandy CoyKendall, Linda Neeley, Bill Barclay, Walt Saxton and Greg Brown; her husband Kenneth Neeley; and her sister Diane Brown.
