He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin LaRock and Bernadette LaRock (Naylor); his wife Susan Hundt; his siblings, Gerald LaRock, Lee LaRock, Roger LaRock, Frank Stevens, Bruce LaRock, Naomi Cross (Cecil), Donna Dale (Loren) and Bonnie Walter (Art); and his brother-in-law Glen Chapman.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Meissner (Allen), Michael Hendricks, Francis "Hans" LaRock Jr., Robert "Bob" LaRock and Joseph LaRock; his grandchildren, Caroline Bays, Nicholas LaRock, Amanda Hendricks and William "Tyler" Hemingway; his great grandchildren, Connor Edwards, Riley Edwards and Olivia Flynt; his siblings, Erwin LaRock (Kathleen), Sylvia Chapman, Jeanette Kaufman and Audrey White; and his sisters-in-law, June LaRock, Debbie LaRock and Judy Stevens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A rosary will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (400 N Saginaw St, Montrose, MI 48457). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Great Lakes National Cemetery.
