He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack J. Powell and Gloria Powell (Wheeler); and his parents-in-law, Robert and Angeline Maricle. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Powell; his children, David Powell (Jeannie), Kimberly Smith (Charles III) and Adam Powell (Kristen Cole); his granddaughters, Emily Mills, Raina Powell, Emberlin Powell, Isabella Mills and Ellory Smith; and his siblings, Yvonne Durham (Melvin) and Glenn Powell. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
