He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Segar and Grace Segar (Hoover); and his spouse Jean Basch. He is survived by: his siblings, Gertrude Segar and Raymond Segar (Kathy); his sister-in-law Judith Schneider (William "Don"); his niece Mary Beth Baker (Kevin); and his nephew Jeffrey Segar.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church (1209 Coutant St, Flushing, MI 48433). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church or the charity of one's choice.
