She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Dowd; her daughters, Jennifer Dowd and Kelly Slowik (Scotty); her granddaughter Emma Furlo; her siblings, Mary Bevel (David), Tom Dillon (Denise), Maggie Harper, Annie Russ (Walt) and Lisa Eppley (Brett); and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Gold (Stephen), Fran Farr, Barbara Wendzik (Frank), Rita Gerger (Dave), Cathy Nelson (Jeff), Richard Dowd (Sharon) and Michael Dowd (Colleen).
