He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Neeley and Joan Neeley (Mullin); his siblings, Michael Neeley, Joan Louise Auger, Deborah Barclay, Dorothy Saxton and Dwayne Neeley; his siblings-in-law, Donald CoyKendall and Diane Brown; and his father-in-law Harley Wismer.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Wismer; his daughters, Laura Cole (Stephen) and Katrina Foltz (Matthew); his grandchildren, Harley, Allison and Colton; his siblings, Barbara Rose Thompson (Harry), Loretta Stowers (Clinton), Charles Neeley (Laurie) and Sandy CoyKendall; his in-laws, Linda Neeley, Bill Barclay, Walt Saxton, Debra Crites (Roy), David Wismer (Kim), Daniel Wismer (Travis) and Greg Brown; and his mother-in-law Doris Wismer.
