She was predeceased by : her father Leo Trombly; and her son Kelly Hurst. She is survived by : her husband Frank D. Hurst; her children, Frank Hurst (MaryAnn) and Kay LaMay (Vic); her daughter-in-law Karen Hurst; and her grandchildren, Frankie Joe Hurst (Stormi), Michelle Jewell (Steve), Crystal Schardt, Kayla McCormic (Charles), Nicole Tucker (Curtis), Kayera Fanzone (Frank), Felicia Peterson (Mike) and Kelly Jo Harris (Charles).
