She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ward Dowell and Joanne Dowell (Diem); her husband William "Bill" Persails; her children, Wayne Persails (Amy), Barbara "Barbie" Persails and Stephanie Thornburg (Tony); her grandchildren, Brittany Wilson (Aron), Alyssa McLean (Dalton), Bruce Persails, Landyn Thornburg, Caitlyn Thornburg and Emma Persails; her great grandchildren, Maddox Wilson, Emmett Wilson and Reagan Wilson; her siblings, Lori (Jack), Angela, Paul, Denise, Catherine, Donald (Laura), Marilyn (John) and Amy (Leonard); her close friends, Lynn, Nettie and Many; her grandfathers, Donald Dowell (Vera) and John Diem (Margaret); her niece Ashley Yeager; and her nephew Tyler Gold. She was also cherished by Many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
