Betty Jean Hall Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on April 27, 2026, at the age of 95, Betty Jean Hall of Morenci, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Simpkins and Dora Simpkins (Schafer); her husband Ray "Tut" Hall; her son Kevin Hall; and her siblings, Arnold Simpkins, Ronald "Popeye" Simpkins, Maurice "John" Simpkins, Lanny "Butch" Simpkins, Wanda Anderson, Shirley Speelman and Barbara Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Hall (Cathy Powell) of Morenci, Tracy Hall (Maliea) of Sand Creek and Jeanne Dietrich of Morenci; her daughter-in-law Laurie Hall of Morenci; her sisters, Beverly Cowell of Akron, IN and Sharon Schmidt of Morenci; her sisters-in-law, Nancy Simpkins, Bea Tredway and Celeta Simpkins; her grandchildren, Lenna McCaskey (Mike Dowling), Brock Dietrich (Kate) and Jediah Hall (Kristin); and her great grandchildren, Beckett McCaskey, Mia Dietrich, Ella Dietrich, Ezri Hall and Blake Hall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Betty's honor are suggested to benefit Hospice of Lenawee.
