He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hollstein and Viva Hollstein (Hendricks); his siblings, Harvey, Orville and Sharlene; and his granddaughter Emily Hollstein.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Mae Sprague of Morenci's Congregational Church; his sons, Ray Hollstein (Pam) and Curtis Hollstein (Lisa); his grandchildren, Katie Smith (Micah), Barbara Hollstein, Mary Margaret Gallup (Mitchell), Edward Hollstein, Alicia Sharp (Dustin), Danielle Seeley (Morgan), Lucas Hollstein (Kelsey), Makayla Hollstein, Isaiah Miguel Hollstein and Isaiah Reece Hollstein; and his sister Janet. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
