He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kuykendall and Lena Kuykendall (Leggett). He is survived by: his wife Joan Kuykendall (Burns); his daughter Shirley Zieler; his siblings, Marie Marek, Gladys Bowles, Billy Kuykendall, Wilma Parker and Leon Kuykendall; his children, Donna Hecht (Tom), Kathy Blonde, Evelyn Barve (Richard), Randy Clement (Sue) and Mark Clement (Marty); his granddaughter Skylar; and his great grandchild Gavien. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
