He is survived by: his wife Karen Whipple; his children, Erik Mepham (Jenna) and Kalie Mepham; his grandchildren, Trey and Taylor Mepham; and his siblings, Roger Mepham, Kelly Miller, Kim Meadows, Judy Brockway, Karen Mitchell, Debbie Howard and Karen Wilks.
