He is survived by: his children, Keith Green (Laura) and Karen Green; and his grandchildren, Jered Andrus, Erica Church, Amanda Green, Marcus Green (Brittney), Trisha Jerry Pendell (Green) and Paige Brian Quick (Temple). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Brockway Wesleyan Church.
