He is survived by: his parents, Hollis Evans and Tammy Evans; his sons, Hayden and Braxton; his sisters, Laura Ferrer, April Evans and Heather Butts; his nieces and nephews, Jacob, Bailey, Kobe, Blake, Holli, Ethan and Maggie; and his great-niece Oakleigh. He is also survived by family members and friends.
