She was predeceased by: her husband Jay Simmons; and her son Clinton Simmons III. She is survived by: her daughter Jody Simmons; her granddaughter Morgan Stevens; her great grandchild Noah Smith; her boyfriend Doug Parde; and her brother David Gute (Jodi).
