He is survived by: his wife Denise; his sons, Doug (Lisa), Bradley (Kelsey) and Chet LaFayette; his sisters, Lynn Green and Beverly Adkins; his grandchildren, Cody, Harlee (Tyler), Erin, Jessica, Jake, Beau and James; and his great grandchildren, Flora, Fauna, Remy and River.
