He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Rastigue (Thomas) and George Rastigue Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Lisa Rastigue, Dr. Steven Rastigue (Kim) and John Rastigue (Kerry); and his grandson Jack Rastigue. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic School, Mount Clemens.
