It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas Ciolino of Mount Clemens, Michigan, who passed away on February 21, 2026, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonino and Concetta (Trentacoste); and his siblings, Grace, Anthony, Salvatore and Dominick.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Herbert; his children, Michael Ciolino (Mary), Catherine Schmid (Mark), Maria Hooker (Ricky), Frank Ciolino (Cathy) and Julia Carl (Thomas); his grandchildren, Nicholas (Margaret), Elizabeth, John (Daisy), Frances (Kevin), Joseph (Patricia), Emily, James (Hyelee), Natalie (Nicholas), Bruce (Natalia), Donna (Justin), Matthew, Margaret, Michael, Sr., Alena Marie M. C, Benjamin (Logan) and William (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, Isabela, Nina, Giovanni, Oskar, Magnus, Dominic, Jane, Grace, Isaac, Marko, Miya, Henry, Frederic, Anthony, Maeve, Ryan, Luca, Lucy, Eleanor, Camille and Julian; and his sisters-in-law, Agnes Weaver, Mary Pizzimenti, Janet Bommarito and Elizabeth Herbert.
