She is survived by: her husband David Smith; her children, Nola, Penelope, Cole and Eliza; her parents, Daniel Seyfried and Annette Burman (Jon); her grandmother Lillian Baba; her sister Alisha Libert (Shawn); her mother-in-law Mary Dover; her siblings-in-law, Tony Smith (Heather), Mike Smith (Emily), Matt Smith (Tami), Christy Seifferlein (Mike) and Sarah Smith; and her pets, Junie and Esther. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends.
