She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Gooding and Eunice A. Gooding (Bowman); her husband James Birch; her son James "Jimmy" Birch II; and her siblings, Clifford Gooding, Jr., Barbara Jean Gooding and Phyllis Gooding.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Belen Birch), Ronald Birch, Jeffrey Birch, Jacklyn Adolph (Dale Herrick) and Michelle Birch; and her grandchildren, Lisa Denike, James (Jamie Birch), Christena Kincaid, Tanya (Timothy O'Brien), Angie Vasquez, Terry Adolph, Arnie (Alisha Thomas), Andy Birch, Priscilla (Sean Rice), Anthony (Nora Birch), Renee (Brian Patterson), Crystal Birch, Nicky Birch and Celia Weatherby. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and relatives.
