She is survived by: her children, Darwin Hetzer, Carolyn Perge (Rick), Raymond Hetzer (Janie), Nancy Bass, Craig Hetzer (Amy), Sandy Garrett (Rick) and Lillie Reynolds; her caregiver Linda Archuleta; Laurie Mansfield.
