Charlotte I. Brannon Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charlotte I. Brannon of Mount Morris, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 18, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Coulter and Mildred Coulter (Keyser); and her husband Gayle Brannon. She is survived by: her sons, David J. Williams, Tony W. Williams and Bill T. Williams; her grandsons, Tony Williams II and Austin Williams (Shelby); her great grandchild Eleanor; and her siblings, Glenda Shoopan, Kathy Bailey, Suzi Ostrander and Tom Coulter. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Homes - Clio Chapel (503 N Mill St, Clio, MI 48420). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Auto City Eagles.
