He is survived by: his wife Katie Urban; his children, Jordan Urban and Aubree Urban; his parents, Gary Urban, Sr. (Debbie) and Theresa Yount (Butch); and his siblings, Gary Urban, Jr. and Amber Clark (Derrick). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
