He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Clontz and Lecy Clontz (Hartsell); his granddaughter Mique Bloomfield; and his siblings, Marie King (Wink), Buck Clontz (Dorothy), Betty Apperly (Omer), Wayne Clontz (Ruby), Robert Clontz (Beth) and Barbara Borchard (Ray).
He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his children, Larry Clontz (Jill), LeeAnn Bloomfield, Lisa Villarreal (Luis), Timothy Clontz (Dawn) and Dale Clontz; his grandchildren, Greg (Kendra), Gabrielle (Matt), Christopher (Jaime), Cody, Bret, Mackenzie (Dylan) and Baylie; his great grandchildren, Cruz, Brody, Levi, Caroline, Brady, Josephine and Cameron; his sister Virginia Pifer (Leon); and his sister-in-law Jean Chargo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
