He was predeceased by: his parents, John LaFayette and Margaret LaFayette; his wife Carolyn Leach; and his daughter Shawn Marie. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Eric, Joshua, Lindsey, Johnathon, Tyler, Alexis and Samantha; and his cousin Sharon Cripps (Craig). He is also survived by 10 Great Grandchildren.
