She is survived by: her boyfriend Marc Gauze; her children, Monique McGovern, Nicole Cottom, Michael Cottom, Catherine Breeden, Danielle Cottom, Ashley (Victor Simmiolkjier) and Christopher Cottom; her siblings, Carl Kern, III and Leslie (Gerard Falzone); and her former husband Charles Cottom.
