He is survived by: his wife Cassie Shelton; his children, Scott Smith (Bethany), Lindie Kamen (Michael), Laurie Erwin (Dustin) and Samantha Tullar (Tony); his grandchildren, Andilyn, Benjamin, Robert, Wyatt, Layne and Maddox; his siblings, Scarlett Smith (Ryan), Amy Lusk (Jim), Brett Smith and Rusty Smith; and his close friends, Craig, Adrian and Karter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM at 1194 E Mt Morris Rd, Mt Morris, MI 48458.
