He was predeceased by: his son Barry; his wife Dorothy Patrick; and his siblings, Joseph, Lloyd, Don, Frank and Betty.
He is survived by: his children, David Besaw (Vicki) and Susie Ridley (Gene); his grandchildren, Tamara Schultz (Brian), Jeffrey Ridley (Rachel) and Amy Blasius (Mark); his great grandchildren, Julia Felton, Liam Ridley, Evan Ridley, Charlotte Ridley, Rocco Blasius and Lyla Blasius; and his brother Alfred Besaw (Diane).
