She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Nichols and Delores Nichols (McGeachy); her husband Jerry Hensley; and her brothers, Jerrold Nichols and Mac Nichols.

She is survived by: her daughter Kristee Michelle Church; her sister Deborah Donaldson (Rick); and her niece Teresa Underwood (Gene).
