She was predeceased by: her parent Melva Rowland; her husband Billie Lee Bowser; her sister Emily; and her adoptive mother Betty Jane Neuman. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Bowser-Buford, Dawn Lamb (Adam), Rhonda Bowser, Kristle Hagadorn, Marc Bowser and Marsha Bowser; and her grandson Anton Buford (Norma).
