He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Nowland and Natalie Nowland (Tkaczyk); and his grandson Aaron Kubica. He is survived by: his wife Mary Nowland; his children, Kathy Alloway (Jim), Kim Frost, Tracie Hilder (Les) and Rick Nowland (Kerry); and his grandchildren, Kevin, Jason, Randy, Ryan, Denise, Christina, Amber, Jamee, Nick and Brandi. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; many other loving family members and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the U.S. Marine Corps.
