He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Carpenter and Lelia Carpenter (Wilcox); his wife Lois Ann Brisbane (Conklin); his daughter Kimberly Carpenter; and his siblings, Waneta, Betty and Harold "Pete" Baxter.
He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Boller (Christopher); his stepchildren, Denice Smith (Harry), William Brisbane II and Tracy Malone; his grandchildren, Craig Stornello (Samantha), Tyler Boller (Savanah), Harry Smith II (Shelby), Jessica McDill (Joshua), Cody Wood (Meredith) and Joshua Wood; his sister Pamela Crossen; and his close friend Nancy Hampton. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, other loving family members and friends.
