He was predeceased by: his mother Donnabelle Montney (Smith); his brothers, Lawrence and Wayne Montney; and his aunt Gloria. He is survived by: his wife Helen Montney; his children, David (Tanya Montney), Deborah (Brian Watson) and Daniel (Pamela Montney); his grandchildren, Andrew Heppner (Justis), Matthew Heppner (Jessica), Brianne Tober (Derek), Jasmine Suzelis (Charles), Christian Montney (Kristen), Adrian Montney, Codey Watson (Allie), Casey Watson (Chelsea), Cameron Montney (Sarah), Vance Hamilton (Morgan) and Bradley Montney (Elizabeth); his brother Donald C. Montney (Maggie); and his friend Dr. Dennis Lloyd (Mary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Richfield Church of the Nazarene (7524 E Mt Morris Rd, Otisville, MI 48463).
