He is survived by: his children, Todd Shultis-Cox (Brandon), Wendy Daniel (Timothy) and Daniel Shultis (Madelyn); his grandchildren, Zachary Daniel (Madison), McKenna Daniel, Dominic Shultis (Katie), Danyelle Shultis and Makayla Shultis; his great grandchild Koe Daniel; and his sister JoAnn McGovern (Paul).
